Travel in Malaysia for Cheap

Malaysia is a fascinating mixture of the modern world and a developing nation. It is a country in Southeast Asia located partly on the Asian mainland and partly on the northern third of the island of Borneo. Malaysia shares a border with Thailand and is connected by a bridge to the island state of Singapore. Coastlines, beaches, and waterways are on the South China Sea and the Straits of Malacca.

Malaysia is a melting-pot society. Malays make up most of the population but there are also Chinese, Indian and Portuguese and other indigenous peoples who call Malaysia home.

Malaysia tourism is the third major source of income and Malaysia's islands are the 9th most visited areas in the world. In 2015 over 27 million tourists arrived in Malaysia to bask on white or gold but very sunny beaches. Malaysia is tropical and because of its proximity to the equator warm weather is a positive advantage. The tropical coastline features gorgeous and famous beaches of Malaysia. You can pick £5-a-night chalets, family resorts, affordable boutique hotels and luxury resorts.

Visit Langkawi’s tranquil beach and play on the fine white sand and visit the limestone outcrops by the water’s edge. Here you can stay at the lavish Four Seasons Resort or rent, for cheap, a holiday caravan (camping trailer).

One of the best hotels in Malaysia is the Lone Pine Resort, Btu Ferringhi, Penang. The first hotel to open in Malaysia (1948), the Lone Pine Resort is a choice destination in and of itself. Recently the tourism department restored the property into a retro boutique. You can say in the original colonial building or in the new house that offers bright and minimalist rooms. The hotel offers excellent cuisine at various prices, or you can travel into the town and purchase your own foodstuffs.

Malaysia’s island are still pristine and very restful. You can explore the water of Malaysia from your resort or travel to individual islands and visit country houses that can be rented for cheap.

The best and most wonderful islands are located among the West Coast Malaysian Island. Visit Pangkor, Langkawi and Penang. You can visit these islands just about every month in the year.

Pulau Penang is one of the most visited islands in Malaysia. There you will find cheap beach houses and moderately priced restaurants that cater to tourists.

You can visit the East Coast Islands named Redang, Perhentian and Tioman. These islands are known for white sandy beaches and very blue waters. Perthentian is the perfect stop for tourists who long to play in the water. Snorkeling, scuba-diving and sailing are popular here.

Visit Redang Island near Kaula Terengganu. This is one of the most perfect places on earth for exploring sea life. Fishing villages have cheap accommodations and local seafood is awesome. While on any of the islands of Malaysia, you will find the food is fresh, cheap, and totally delectable.

  2. I’ve been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
